10ft Dangerous Goods Container
A compact DG store with a bunded floor and engineered ventilation. For sites that need compliant chemical storage but not much of it.
Compliance in a small footprint
Plenty of sites store modest quantities of flammable or hazardous material and still carry the full regulatory obligation. A 10ft DG container gives you a compliant store without committing the space or the cost of a 20ft.
What makes it a DG container
A bunded floor that contains spills and leaks rather than letting them reach ground. Engineered ventilation, sized to the hazard, not just a couple of louvres. Compliant shelving where fitted. Placarding and signage. Depending on class, spark-resistant fittings and specific electrical requirements.
A standard container with a vent cut in it is not a DG container, and calling it one does not make it compliant.
Your class determines the build
Flammable liquids, corrosives, oxidising agents and toxic substances all carry different requirements, and separation rules apply between incompatible classes. Tell us the specific classes and quantities when you enquire — it is the first question we will ask.
Where the responsibility sits
We supply containers built to relevant Australian standards. Your obligations for placement, separation distances, licensing and site management are yours, and they vary by state. Check with your regulator. We would rather say that plainly than let you assume the container covers everything.
