The big one

A 45ft high cube gives you around twelve percent more floor area than a 40ft for a modest increase in cost. Where it comes into its own is accommodation and office conversions, because that extra length is often the difference between fitting a second room and not.

Availability is the constraint

These are far less common in Australia than 20ft and 40ft units. Supply is intermittent and we cannot always fill an order immediately. If you need one, get in touch early rather than assuming we can supply on a short timeline — and tell us if a 40ft high cube would do at a pinch, because that changes how we source for you.

Access is the other constraint

Everything difficult about delivering a 40ft is more difficult at 45ft. Most suburban sites cannot take one. Rural properties, industrial estates and open commercial yards generally can. Send photos of your approach.
