10ft High Cube Shipping Container
A 10ft footprint with 9’6″ of height instead of the standard 8’6″. The one to ask for when the gear is tall but the space is short.

Height where you need it, length where you do not
The standard 10ft container gives you 8ft 6in of external height, which sounds generous until you try to stand a set of shelving, a pallet-stacked load or a piece of workshop plant inside it. The high cube adds roughly 300mm. That extra foot changes what fits, and it is the difference between a container that works and one you regret.
We sell a lot of these to people converting containers rather than just filling them. Once you line a container — insulation, battens, sheeting, a floor covering — you lose a surprising amount of internal height. Starting from a high cube means you finish with a usable ceiling instead of a crouch.
Common uses
Pump and plant housing on rural properties. Bike and equipment storage where units are hung vertically. Small workshop conversions where standing headroom is non-negotiable. Market and event storage where staging and frames are stored upright.
Worth knowing
High cubes are taller on the truck as well as on your site. If your access runs under a carport, a low branch or a powerline, measure it before you order. We will ask you about overhead clearance when you request a quote, because it is the single most common reason a delivery has to be aborted.
