10ft General Purpose Shipping Container — Used

A working container with a working container’s history. Structurally sound, wind and watertight, and priced for people who care more about what it does than how it looks.

Honest about condition

A used 10ft container has spent years in shipping service. Expect surface rust in patches, paint that has faded unevenly, dents in the side panels, and repair plates where damage has been cut out and welded. Expect the previous owner’s markings. None of this affects whether it keeps your gear dry.

What we do check, on every unit before it leaves the depot: that the roof has no perforations, that the door seals compress properly and the doors close square, that the floor is sound and not soft underfoot, and that the corner castings are intact so it can be lifted safely.

Who buys used

Farms, builders, councils, self-storage operators and anyone putting a container somewhere it will be knocked about. If a container is going to get scraped by a bobcat in its first month, paying for as-new paint makes no sense.

A note on cosmetics

If appearance matters — the container is going in a front yard, at a shopfront, or anywhere customers will see it — tell us when you enquire. We can either pick a better-presenting unit from stock or point you to the one-trip range instead. Surprises on delivery day help nobody.
