Cheapest space on the yard

If the job is storing a large volume of things and the container’s appearance is irrelevant, a used 40ft is the most economical answer available. Nothing else comes close per cubic metre.

What you are buying

A container that has spent years in international shipping. Faded and patched paint, dents, surface rust, welded repair plates, and the marks of the lines that owned it. The plywood floor will be scarred from forklift tynes and may be stained. This is normal and it does not stop the container doing its job.

Before dispatch we check the roof for perforations, the seals and door alignment, the floor for soft sections, and the corner castings for lifting integrity.

The 40ft access reality

Everything that makes a 40ft good value makes it hard to place. You need a long straight approach, firm ground the full length, and no low branches or wires. Half our job on a 40ft order is working out whether the truck can actually get there. Send us your address and a couple of photos of the approach when you enquire — it saves everyone a wasted trip.

Level ground, all four corners

Over twelve metres, ground variation turns into door misalignment quickly. Sleepers or pavers at each corner casting are not optional on a 40ft.
