Why people choose them

A conventional in-ground pool means excavation, spoil removal, formwork, concrete, curing and landscaping — a long, disruptive, expensive process. A container pool arrives built. Site preparation, placement, connection and commissioning replace all of it.

They can also sit above ground, part-buried or fully in-ground, which gives you options on sloping or rocky sites where excavation is difficult or extremely costly.

How it is built

The container is reinforced to take the water load, then sealed and lined. Filtration and pump equipment are housed in an integrated plant space. Steps, windows and lighting are fitted to your specification.

Fencing and approval are legal requirements

This is the part we will not soften. Pool fencing is mandatory in every Australian state and the rules are strict and actively enforced. A pool is also a structure requiring council approval, and requirements around barriers, gates, CPR signage and inspection apply regardless of how the pool is built.

Check with your council before ordering. This is a child safety matter before it is a compliance matter.

Site preparation

A full pool is extremely heavy. Base preparation must be engineered, not improvised.
