Container Gym Conversion
A container fitted out as a training space. Rubber flooring, reinforced rig mounting, serious ventilation, lighting and power.
Training space where there is none
Home gyms, remote site facilities, mine camps, sporting clubs, PT studios and rural properties all face the same problem: no suitable room. A container gym solves it in one delivery, and it locks — which matters when the contents are several thousand dollars of equipment.
The fitout that makes it work
Heavy rubber flooring, laid to take dropped weights without destroying the floor beneath. Reinforced mounting points for rigs, racks and rings — this is structural work and it must be tied into the container frame, not screwed into a wall lining. Ventilation, heavily specified, because a sealed container full of people training becomes unbearable within minutes. Insulation and lining. Bright even lighting. Power for equipment, fans and sound. Mirrors where you want them.
Ventilation, again
It is the thing people skimp on and the thing that determines whether the gym gets used. We would rather over-specify airflow than deliver something that sits empty from November to March.
Sizing
A 20ft suits a home or personal setup. A 40ft high cube suits a club, a camp or a studio — and the extra height matters the moment anyone presses overhead.
Ventilation is what makes or breaks a container gym conversion. We would rather over-specify airflow than hand you a room nobody uses in summer.
